Elevated the UI/UX
AIREO delivers a refined and user-friendly interface designed to enhance the experience for both admins and agents. The platform includes Select2 for advanced form controls, attractive and easy-to-use filters for refining data views, and auto-load on scroll for seamless content browsing. Loading animations and real-time feedback messages further contribute to a smooth and engaging user experience across all modules.

Upgrade to PHP version
Migrating the existing system to PHP required code refactoring and compatibility checks across all modules to ensure smooth performance, security and support for new features.
Managing Agent Online and Offline Payments
Handling both online transactions and offline credit-based payments for agents demanded a flexible payment architecture with real-time status updates, transaction logs and admin-level control.
Multi-Stop Flight API Implementation
Integrating APIs that support multi-stop flight bookings involves complex data handling, dynamic route mapping and ensuring accuracy in fare calculations and seat availability.
PNR Hold and Confirmation Flow
Implementing a two-step booking process with PNR hold and generation after confirmation required careful synchronization with the flight API, along with user feedback mechanisms and error handling.
Our Solutions
The platform supports white-label integration by separating views and APIs. A custom flight booking module enables manual booking creation for offline or special cases. The built-in credential management panel allows seamless switching between multiple service providers (flight, bus, DMT) without code changes.

White Label Integration
We developed a white-label version of the platform by decoupling APIs from the front-end views, allowing travel partners and agencies to offer their own branded travel solutions while leveraging the same robust backend system. This approach enabled quick deployment of customized portals with unique branding and domain support, all managed through a unified infrastructure. It significantly reduced operational overhead while allowing multiple brands to scale seamlessly without duplicating the core platform.
Custom Flight Booking Module
To accommodate offline deals and situations where real-time data may be unavailable, we implemented a manual flight booking module. This feature empowers admins and agents to create, manage, and confirm flight bookings manually, giving them full control over fares, PNRs, and ticket statuses. It’s particularly useful for negotiated fares or special customer requests that fall outside the scope of live APIs, ensuring uninterrupted service even when automated systems face limitations.


Credential Management Panel for Booking Services
We introduced a centralized credential management panel that allows administrators to dynamically update and switch API credentials across services like flights, buses, and DMT bookings. This eliminates the need for hardcoding credentials and minimizes service interruptions when keys need to be rotated or vendors changed. The panel supports real-time updates without requiring code-level changes, providing greater flexibility and operational efficiency in handling multiple vendors and service providers.
User Action Logs with Timeline
To enhance platform transparency and accountability, we implemented a comprehensive action logging system that records all major user activities along with precise timestamps. This includes actions such as logins, bookings, edits, cancellations, and credential changes. The timeline-based interface offers an intuitive view of user behavior, helping administrators trace activities efficiently for support, audits, or security reviews, ultimately making the system more reliable and trustworthy.
